SEED THE WAY
September, Sunday 23 2018
11am to 12pm
Why are seeds important? Why save seeds? What seeds can I save? In this workshop you will learn about the importance of seeds and saving seeds. Did you know the way you save your seed depends on the type of plant? Some seeds are saved after drying them out on the plant, some seeds are saved from the flesh of the fruit, still other seeds are saved after going through a fermentation process. You will learn about the techniques of saving different seeds, and so much more! The workshop will include demonstrations and hands on experiences on how to save your own seeds for generations to come!
